I’m Julia White, a fully qualified and insured mobile hairdresser based in York, offering professional haircuts, colours, and styling for the whole family.

With 14 years of experience and NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualifications in fashion cuts and colours, I bring salon-quality results to your doorstep—without the hassle of traveling or booking time-consuming salon appointments.

Many people don't feel comfortable in a salon atmosphere or are conscious about their hair or scalp. However I do get a lot of positive feedback from my clients to say I put them at ease and make them feel very comfortable to have someone improve their hair in their own home

I’m here to make getting your hair cut as stress-free as possible. Which is why I offer after-school and Saturday appointments.

For children, home haircuts can be a more relaxed experience. Being in familiar surroundings helps little ones feel comfortable, making the process smoother and stress-free.

I now offer two different prices for colour services depending on if I can apply the colour and leave you to wash the colour off yourself or if I need to stay while it takes and wash and blowdry. Please still ask for quotes on colour services as prices also depend on the amount of colours used.
Feel free to ask for quotes for other colouring services!

PLEASE NOTE: I’m only able to take cash payments or a bank transfers completed at time of appointment. Minimum call out charge is £15. To come out for just children's cuts its £10 per child.
